The Senior Management Team member, in consultation with the human resources team, should conduct a regular evaluation of the functions, roles and responsibilities of team positions to reflect the needs and priorities of the One WSB.

In addition, an evaluation of an individual position will take place whenever a new position is created, a contract is about to expire, a current position becomes vacant, or funding availability changes.

A Senior Management Team member may also re-evaluate a position if justified by changes in responsibilities that are both substantial and permanent. Any such recommendations from the Senior Management Team member will be put forward for consideration to the Secretary General.
