What you should do as a OneWSB staff member
In order to keep the process simple, you will
- complete each goal’s completion percentage in ZoHo People
- make brief notes where appropriate
- and schedule the 1:1 mid-year discussion with your line manager
What you should do as a OneWSB line manager
- during the 1:1 with your direct report, you will review progress in each goal, your mutual collaboration as well as overall behaviour vis-à-vis the OneWSB values
- you will post brief notes in the review section on ZoHo People. We recommend that you enter these notes into ZoHo People during the discussion
- it is important that you recognize good performance and note areas for improvement whilst offering solutions
Simple 3-Step guide to completing the appraisal process
Step #1 OneWSB staff member updates the progress of the goals
- Log in to ZoHo People
- Go to Performance
- Select a goal, and
- edit to show the % completion rate
- add a comment to the goal to explain your progress or challenges
- Once sure of the completion rate, submit, and your line manager will be alerted
- Repeat this step for each goal
- Set up a 1:1 meeting with your line manager to discuss progress, agree on areas of improvement as well as your mutual collaboration
Step #2 Line Manager’s review
- The Line Manager can view goals, comments and completion rates through the appraisee view in ZoHo People
- During the 1:1 meeting, the line manager discusses with the employee and provides a review note on each goal the direct report has recorded in ZoHo People.
- Once the 1:1 is done, the Line Manager submits the review in ZoHo People. Results are automatically published and visible for reference to the staff member.

Step #3 Staff review Line Manager’s feedback
- Once the process is completed, staff can review feedback provided by the Manager in the system through the “Review History” tab.

a) You log into ZoHo People
b) b. You go to Performance -> Goals.
d) You should also provide a comment for each of the goals you have for the review of your Line Manager during the mid-year appraisal cycle. The comment should summarize the overall progress of the goal.
e) In the next screen, you must provide a progress score for the goal in the field “Progress”,
f) Repeat steps c and d above to update all other goals.

Step 2: Line Manager’s review
a) Line Manager logs into ZoHo People
b) Line Manager goes to Performance -> Teammates -> Appraisee View. Line Manager clicks on the Staff name to begin the Review process.
c) Line Manager clicks on the Review button to start the review
d) The Line Manager will now see the Review form. He/She is to provide Progress Rating and Comments for each of the Staff’s goals.
e. Line Manager repeats the step above for all the other goals or marks a goal as N/A if the goal is no longer applicable.
f. Line Manager Submits the completed Review.

Step 3: Staff review Line Manager’s feedback
After the Line Manager has completed the review process, staff can review the completed Mid-Year Appraisal outcomes:
a) You log into ZoHo People.
b) You go to Performance -> My Review -> Review History
c) You click on the correct review cycle (you might see previous ones from previous appraisals)
d) You are now able to see the review / progress status provided by the line manager
