Each of the One WSB Support Centres operate under different legal contexts depending on their different locations. Any host country privileges and immunities are granted in the interests of the WSB in recognition of the mission of Scouting, not for the personal benefit of the staff member. Such privileges and immunities are no excuse for failure by staff to observe the applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which they are located.
