How we conduct ourselves

At the WSB, we adhere to a Code of Conduct established for all of WOSM (including both staff and volunteers), and you are requested to familiarise yourself with its provisions and respect and comply with them. The Code is based on the Scout values contained in the Scout Promise and Law. As such, the Code acts as guidance about how members of the WOSM team are expected to behave with other Scouts, and also how to act when attending non-Scouting events and representing WOSM. We want to promote an environment where our behaviour is guided by Scouting’s values, and everyone feels safe and respected.
