Staff shall use the property and assets of the WSB only for official purposes or in accordance with the professional interests of staff or the WSB and shall exercise reasonable care when utilising such properties and assets.
All rights including title, copyright and patent rights in any work performed or produced by staff in connection with their official duties shall be vested in the WSB, unless such rights are waived in writing.
